Your Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our Finance Transformation portfolio, including digital finance, process optimization, FP&A modernization, automation, and ERP/EPM-enabled solutions. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of thelocal market and client landscape, with a consultative, value‑led approach to selling to CFOs and senior finance leaders.

Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Build and manage a pipeline of finance transformation opportunities within the local market.
  • Lead the full sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, solution shaping, proposal development, and closing.
  • Understand client finance processes and challenges (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) and align them with our solutions.
  • Partner with SMEs to design transformation roadmaps and articulate ROI.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and account plans
To Qualify for the Role you must have
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years’ working experience, preferably with 2 years in a business consulting role in a leading consultancy firm. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered at Senior Associate Level.
  • 5+ years in B2B sales or consulting, ideally in finance transformation, digital transformation, or ERP/automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding oflocal market dynamicsand client needs.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations and CFO‑level priorities.
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and executive‑level presentation skills.
  • Specialisation in Financial Services Sector i.e banking, insurance and wealth asset management will be preferred
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Experience of working within ASEAN
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in understanding strategic direction and being able to convert into cohesive change management strategy and plans
  • Ability to develop client opportunities and identify market growth opportunities
  • Ability to support the business development cycle
