Job summary
A hospitality management company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and conducting training. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the cleaning sector and be flexible with shift timings. This role offers an opportunity to work in various locations, ensuring a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the cleaning sector.
- Ability to work midnight shifts and overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate assigned shift and conduct daily pre-operation meetings.
- Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for employees.
- Ensure all cleaning works are performed as scheduled.
Skills
- Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties
- Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery
- Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule
- Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
- Check on staff punctuality and discipline
- Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients
- Able to work midnight shift
- Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.
- Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients
- At least 1 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector
