Job summary

A facilities management company located in Singapore is looking for a Shift Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and ensure staff are effectively trained and scheduled. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in the cleaning sector and possess excellent customer service skills. Flexibility for midnight shifts, overtime, and traveling across multiple locations daily is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role in the cleaning sector.
• Willingness to work midnight shifts and weekends.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties
• Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery
• Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule
• Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
• Check on staff punctuality and discipline
• Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients

Requirements

• Able to work midnight shift
• Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.
• Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients
• At least 1 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector
