Role Overview

The Strategy & Operations Lead will be responsible for building the operational backbone required to scale AMILI Health’s commercial business. This includes establishing core processes, performance metrics, and sales incentive structures to drive team effectiveness. You will also identify gaps in the product portfolio, develop business cases based on customer needs, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic programs and initiatives that support growth.

Responsibilities
  • Design and drive scalable commercial operations processes and frameworks to support efficient growth.
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting processes to provide insights into sales productivity, pipeline health, client performance, and fulfillment SLAs.
  • Develop and manage sales incentive plans aligned with business goals to motivate and reward the commercial team.
  • Identify product gaps and build business cases based on customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to design and execute strategic programs and initiatives.
  • Develop playbooks and enablement tools to improve team performance and ensure consistent execution.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to leadership to support strategic decision‑making and resource allocation.
