The Strategy & Operations Lead will be responsible for building the operational backbone required to scale AMILI Health’s commercial business. This includes establishing core processes, performance metrics, and sales incentive structures to drive team effectiveness. You will also identify gaps in the product portfolio, develop business cases based on customer needs, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic programs and initiatives that support growth.
