IT Operations Manager (IOT | Network | IM8)

Working Hour: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Working Location: Central

Salary package: Basic + Bonus + Excellent staff benefits

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of projects within the committed schedule and budget, resolving or escalating issues to management as needed.
• Provide regular updates to the company’s management on project progress, key milestones, issues, and budget tracking.
• Effectively engage and manage all relevant stakeholders to ensure successful system delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks, assess their implications, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Oversee contractual and payment matters, ensure compliance with service level agreements, security policies, and proper integration/testing of all hardware and software components.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent with more than 5 years experiences in Networking or IOT sensor.
• Familiarity with infrastructure construction to support ICT equipment, including structures, electrical systems, network installation, and wireless transmission, is preferred.
• Good to have experience in government sector.
