Job summary
A leading F&B company in Singapore seeks an experienced operations manager to develop and execute strategies for overseas markets, oversee performance standards, and lead cross-country teams. Minimum 8 years in the F&B or retail industry with at least 5 years in senior operations management required. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of F&B or retail industry experience, including 5 years in senior operations management.
- Proven experience in regional or multi-country operations management.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English for business communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies and annual business plans for overseas markets.
- Oversee store operations performance and ensure service and brand standards are met.
- Build operational systems, SOPs, and performance management frameworks for international markets.
- Collaborate with headquarters teams (product, marketing, supply chain, HR) to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead new market entry projects and pre-opening preparations for new stores.
- Manage and coach cross-country teams to achieve business objectives and team development.
- Regularly analyze and report operational KPIs, and propose improvement plans to management.
