Job summary

A facilities management company in Singapore is looking for a supervisor to coordinate shifts and ensure cleaning tasks are completed as scheduled. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the cleaning sector, and possess excellent customer service skills. The role requires working night shifts and flexibility to travel to various locations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the cleaning sector.
• Able to work in islandwide locations and multiple locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assigned shift.
• Conduct On-the-Job Training to employees on cleaning procedures.
• Ensure all cleaning works are done as per schedule.
• Attend to complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job description

Role and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties
• Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery
• Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule
• Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
• Check on staff punctuality and discipline
• Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients

Requirements

• Able to work midnight shift
• Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.
• Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients
• At least 2 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector
