A leading food and beverage company is seeking an Electro-mechanical Technician in Singapore. This role involves assisting with maintenance and improvement projects for plant equipment, ensuring equipment operation, and repairing pneumatic instruments. Candidates should hold a diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, and proficiency in workshop practice is essential. Qualifications
- Proficient in workshop practice.
- Basic skill in the service and operation of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Able to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and understand PLC programming.
- NTC-2 Electrical Installation + Servicing with 2-year experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support Electrical & Automation Engineer in projects.
- Maintain and improve plant equipment.
- Calibrate, maintain, and repair pneumatic and electronic instruments.
- Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment.

The Electro-mechanical Technician assists and supports the Electrical & Automation Engineer in projects as well as Maintenance & Improvement works for Production Plant Equipment as well as lighting & power installation in the factory.
- Carry out routine Maintenance & Improvement (M&I) for plant equipment, lighting, and power installation.
- Carry out repair and improvement work as required.
- Calibrate, maintain and repair of pneumatic and electronic instruments.
- Carry out bench fitting jobs.
- Update schematic, single line diagrams and programme as necessary.
- Ensure that all tools and test instruments are in good condition.
- Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment and carry out trouble-shooting related to equipment malfunction.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Proficient in workshop practice.
- Basic skill in the service and operation of hydraulic and pneumatic system.
- Proficiency in Welding Arc & Tig Welding is a bonus.
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering.
- Able to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams and understand PLC programme
- NTC-2 Electrical Installation + Servicing with 2-year experience.
