Responsibilities
- To setup and improve efficient working processes as a control point to maximize the team efficiency.
- Be the contact point for contract term review, order management and execution, goods delivery arrangement, and inventory stock review.
- Experienced in processing POs and LCs.
- Assisting the Sales Team and Managers in planning, scheduling, sending reminders, organizing, and coordinating functions related to the operation of the business.
- Support sales team, finance team, and key department of the company to ensure seamless operation flow.
- Work closely with Service, Sales, Product Marketing and other functional areas to support the sales team’s success.
- Coordinates with key departments to achieve optimal work production across the board.
- Be responsible for the cost/margin analysis for project bidding approval.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management
- Min 3 years experience in business operations or sales operations
- Must be well versed in ERP and key enterprise software applications
