Roles & Responsibilities include:

We are looking for a dedicated and people-oriented Retail Operations Executive who will oversee and manage day-to-day operations in staff management, customer service, process improvements, sales and inventory management.

Staff Management
  • Hire, onboard and train team members
  • Establish performance targets and conduct performance reviews regularly
  • Manage team schedule to ensure sufficient manpower
  • Budget and control manpower costs
  • Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leave, claims etc
  • Manage payroll related tasks in verifying attendance, OT, commission
  • Responsible in training team in operations SOP, customer service, ongoing campaigns and new product launches
  • Handle staff enquiries and issues promptly, offering clear and professional support
  • Foster a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and retention
Inventory Management
  • Monitor inventory levels across 3 locations: manufacturing plant, retail shop and warehouse
  • Handle purchase orders, pricing update and stock control
  • Liaise with suppliers in product quality and cost
  • Review product performance data
Sales and Operations
  • Establish retail sales targets and motivate team to achieve excellence
  • Review sales data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Evaluate individual product performanceImplement best practices and SOPs to improve operational efficiency, customer buying experience and inventory control
  • Manage corporate sales accounts and online platforms
  • Coordinate cross-border logistics and domestic deliveries
Requirements
  • Min qualification: Diploma
  • Min 2 years in operations/retail or any related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication
