Job summary

A logistics and supply chain company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage inventory tracking, coordinate shipments, and prepare operational documentation. Job Responsibilities
  • Manages inventory tracking system to ensure deliveries, shipments, stock levels are up to date.
  • Keep track all recordings of box, label artwork design serial numbers are updated.
  • Ensure all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Certificate of Analysis (COA), Product Information Factsheets (PIF), Halal and Heavy Metal Test and Microbial Test certifications are up to date.
  • Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control rocedures.
  • Analyzes monthly product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and short falls to minimize unfulfillment of products across all distributing channels/retail chains.
  • Handle procurement of stocks both loose, bulk and finished goods from oversea/local suppliers. Interface with suppliers and coordinate shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders.
  • Coordinate and prepare packing instructions with all 3rd party contract packers, printers, Facilitate delivery schedules with Zuellig Pharma.
  • Prepare documentation such as Purchase Invoices (PI), Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO) to facilitate timely and efficient operational processes.
  • Assist in daily packing and deliveries for all online orders.
  • Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and any logistic supply chain issues to Country Manager.
  • Maintain good relationship and connection across all stages, including pricing and delivery structures and managing specific shipment or documentation concerns.
  • Create reports detailing all aspects of inventory, including cost, deliveries and usage.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Assist in month trade returns and annual audits checks with accounts team.
