A leading IT services provider in Singapore is looking for an IT Support Engineer to ensure the operation of mission-critical biometric devices. Responsibilities include system installation, on-site support, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment. - Prior exposure to IT operational environments is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
- Passion for IT Service Management and willingness to work rotational shifts.
Responsabilidades
- Assist in the installation and configuration of PCs and related devices.
- Provide first-level on-site IT support on a 24x7 rotational shift.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Perform daily health checks and inventory assessments.
- Utilize hands-on experience in troubleshooting systems.
