Job summary
A leading security solutions provider in Singapore seeks a qualified individual to manage projects on security technologies and IT services. The role involves overseeing installations, conducting quality assurance checks, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, along with strong interpersonal and technical writing skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling security technologies and IT services.
- Ability to oversee installation of security systems.
- Strong documentation skills for project records.
Responsibilities
- Reconfirm security design and systems detection.
- Oversee installation of security systems, ensuring compliance.
- Provide technical support and training sessions for clients.

Handled Projects on Security Technologies / I.T. Services
Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering
- To Reconfirm the Security Design and Solutions & Systems Detection Before Executing the Order.
- To Oversee the Installation of Security Systems, Ensuring Compliance with Industry Standards and Clients’ Specifications.
- To Provide Technical Information to Service and Operations Team & Addressed Technical & Malfunction Issues of the System During Hangover Stage
- To Assist with System Training Sessions for Clients’ or End-Users on System Operations and Best Practices, Including Prepare System Training Slides for Internal and External Training.
- To Prepare and Maintain Detailed and Accurate Documentation of Assigned Projects, Including Design Plans and Installation Records.
- To Coordinate with Project Stakeholders, Subcontractors, Vendors On Project Progress and Adjust Plans as Necessary to Meet Deadlines and Budgets.
- To Liaise with Suppliers on Equipment Model and Quotations
- QA - To Conduct Quality Assurance Checks to Ensure In-House Security Systems Meet Performance Standards.
- To Adhere to Safety and Health Procedures and Rules Documented In ISO45001
- To Implement Safety Protocols during Installation and Maintenance Activities. To Stay Up to Date on the Latest Advancements In Security Technology and Industry Trends.
Working Hrs - Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Good Interpersonal, Technical Writing, Analytical & Negotiation Skills.
