A leading franchise development company in Singapore is seeking a results-oriented individual to lead franchise initiatives, including the development of operational manuals and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales and franchise development. This role requires design skills for franchise business models and training programs, as well as a sound understanding of compliance frameworks. The position is for a duration of 6 months.
This position reports to the company director directly and to lead the franchise development initiatives. The successful candidate will prepare franchise systems, and operations manual, etc, and ensure the sustainable expansion of the brand, aligning with the company's overall strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, and a deep understanding of how to identify and onboard ideal business partners who will uphold and grow our brand.
