Job description

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• 3D Model Development: Develop detailed 3D BIM models for P&S systems, including fixtures, pipes, and layouts using specialized software.
• Drawing Production: Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings based on BIM models.
• Clash Resolution: Utilize BIM tools to efficiently identify and resolve clashes between P&S systems and other building elements (structural, electrical, etc.).
• Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other trade professionals to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems into the overall design.
• Quantity Extraction: Extract material quantity information (QTO) from BIM models for cost estimation.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and update drawings/models based on feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
