Job summary
A local HR Management firm in Singapore is seeking a Production Team Leader to ensure production targets and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership skills and at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. You'll manage teams and operations, ensuring adherence to protocols and enhancing team performance. The position involves 12-hour shifts, and applicants are encouraged to submit their resumes for immediate processing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related industry.
- Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts (permanent day or night).
Responsibilities
- Lead line leaders and operators to achieve daily production targets.
- Conduct daily pass-down meetings and manage manpower.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing and safety procedures.
Skills
Education
- Lead line leaders and operators to achieve daily production targets, quality, productivity, and yield.
- Conduct daily pass-down meetings and elevate any line issues.
- Manage manpower, overtime, and consumables planning.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing and safety procedures.
- Train and coach leaders and operators to enhance performance.
- Implement improvements to minimize human errors.
- Maintain discipline and good housekeeping in the production line.
- Collaborate with departments on projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance in the fab.
- Diploma and above in Engineering or equivalents.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related industry.
- Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts (permanent day or night, as assigned).
