Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing operators for efficient production operations.
- Monitor production schedules and take corrective actions as needed.
- Train new employees on safety procedures and equipment operation.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure quality.
- Coordinate with departments for timely availability of materials.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with management and teams to address issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
