We are seeking a passionate Engineer, Digital Transformation to drive operational excellence through innovative digital solutions within our manufacturing value stream. This role focuses on collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes and design user‑centric MES systems and related digital tools that enhance efficiency and usability across global operations.

Our Team

You will be part of the Global Operational Excellence team, working closely with manufacturing, lifecycle management, and IT teams to implement impactful digital transformations supporting Molex’s commitment to continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop business process models and propose MES system improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
• Design intuitive wireframes and user interfaces aligned with UI/UX best practices and operational standards.
• Test and validate new digital tool functionalities to ensure ease of use and reliability.
• Lead change management initiatives including training program design and delivery for digital tools.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business users across Asia sites.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Diploma and above, experience in continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and business process modeling.
• Familiarity with MES platforms and digital transformation projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
