Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Safety Manager to develop and implement safety policies, conduct audits, and lead training sessions. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in safety management within a main construction company and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, along with familiarity with local safety regulations. The position involves working at the site office and requires commitment from Monday to Saturday.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in safety management.
- Experience in a main-construction company is required.
- Familiarity with local safety regulations and codes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
- Lead safety briefings and training sessions.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
- Ensure PPE and safe work practices are followed.
