Qualifications

• At least one year of sea service as Chief Officer onboard oil tankers.
• Master’s Certificate of Competency and sea service as Master is an added advantage.
• Prior shore-based ship management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned vessels comply with HSSE requirements.
• Oversee ship stability, navigation, mooring, and cargo operations.
• Plan and conduct vessel inspections and audits.
• Coordinate ship-shore emergency drills.
• Review and follow up on monthly reports and navigation reports.

Skills

Strong technical expertise in vessel operations

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Education

Recognised degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent

Minimum Class 2 Deck Officer Certificate of Competency
