Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in monitoring and reviewing department performance indicators.
• Strategically plan resource allocation to support departmental objectives.
• Develop and implement the TWSH Framework focusing on Occupational Health.
• Lead the Secretariat for WSH Council and Occupational Health Committee.
• Oversee planning and implementation of new TWSH initiatives.
• Evaluate TWSH programmes and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise the Occupational Health Clinic operations.
• Manage the Staff Protection Office for staff safety.
• Lead organisation-wide projects as assigned.
• Support emergency planning and response.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
