Job Scope:
1. Plan and Monitor deployment of officers to various assignments
2. Activate relief and allocate to locations where there are disruptions.
3. Daily auditing and reporting of manpower status
4. Assist to recruit according to the needs, objectives and policies of the agency.
5. Assist in implementation and ensure compliance of regulations, policies and procedures
6. Ensure timely receipt of attendance records and report on In House Security System faults.
7. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly documentation and reports (eg. Security Personnel Profile, Organization Chart, Contact List, Recruitment Summary, Tardiness Reports, etc)
8. Coordinate on training needs
9. Monitoring of control room and report on anomalies
10. Conduct inspection checks for assignment as rostered to ensure that officers perform duties up to the satisfaction of our clients. Put up Violation Report / Compliment Report
11. Participate in Security Systems Enhancement
12. Stand in at site if required
13. Standby Phone at all times
