As the Performance Marketing Head, you will be a key driver of impact, change, and strategic direction within our marketing department. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the leadership team, you will spearhead high-impact projects and initiatives that align with OOm’s mission and business objectives.

• Drive Strategic Innovation:Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Implement these strategies to maintain our competitive edge
• Leadership & Mentorship:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketing executives. Foster a high-performance culture and identify potential leaders within the team
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with senior leadership to define the performance marketing team’s roadmap and drive actions to achieve set goals
• Optimize Campaigns:Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed targets
• Enhance Team Performance:Design and deliver regular training sessions to enhance team skills, promote continuous learning, and stay updated with industry developments
• Improve Processes:Evaluate and refine departmental processes and workflows to boost efficiency and productivity

• Inspirational Leadership:Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a team towards achieving collective goals and improving skills
• Conflict Management:Skilled in handling interpersonal conflicts and maintaining a harmonious work environment
• Effective Delegation:Capable of delegating tasks effectively while ensuring accountability
• Digital Passion:Enthusiastic about digital trends and forward-thinking with a keen eye on the latest developments in the digital space
• Data-Driven:Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess team performance and derive actionable insights
• Channel Expertise:Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, especially Meta, Google, and TikTok, and how to leverage them for maximum ROI
• Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present strategies and insights clearly and confidently to senior management
• Creative Problem-Solving:Quick-thinking and creative in addressing challenges and obstacles
