Job summary
A leading sales support provider in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle the preparation and processing of sales orders. Responsibilities include ensuring document accuracy, following up on orders and payments, and supporting teamwork. Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma in Business Administration and at least 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service, along with knowledge of shipping and export documentation. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to effective operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales support or customer service.
- Knowledge of shipping terms and export documentation.
- Letter of Credit knowledge is an advantage.
Responsibilities
