Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or pipeline operations within a B2B tech company.
  • Good understanding of SAP's ecosystem, technology landscape, and enterprise customer base.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strategic, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the combined SAP + Databricks value proposition for sales and customer conversations.
  • Lead and support strategic initiatives including SAP field enablement.
  • Be a visible SAP point of contact within Databricks.
  • Help position Databricks in SAP-centric GTM motions and playbooks.
  • Own and manage all SAP-related opportunity tracking and partner tagging.
