A leading maintenance service provider in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Technician to perform routine maintenance and inspections of process equipment. The successful candidate will troubleshoot failures, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with contractors. This position offers a yearly contract renewal as an Embedded Contractor, ideal for those with good knowledge of troubleshooting and maintenance practices.
Perform routine maintenance works and inspection of process equipment using CMMS to assure its availability for the uninterrupted operation of the manufacturing plant.
Manage equipment maintenance work using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); Responsible to provide clear, structured & detailed write-out when reporting work executed at site into the CMMS system.
Troubleshoot process equipment failures/malfunction and carry out remediation/corrective measures safely in compliance to GMP/Quality procedures.
Assist in the development of work instructions/procedures, Job aids, Risk assessment, LOTO list… etc and assist Maintenance engineer for developing SOPs for maintenance work.
Certified as confined space accessor/supervisor/rescuer, WAH supervisor, Gas tester, etc. to perform all type of maintenance work.
Good knowledge on LOTO to lead the team to review all the LOTO requirements for routine and shutdown maintenance work.
Selected personnel will be offered as Embedded Contractor role (Yearly contract renewal basis)
