Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician / Engineer
Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Work on 3 Saturdays per month, off on 1 Saturday)
Salary: $3000-$4000
Key Responsibilities
Perform regular maintenance and inspection of CNC machines (lathe, milling, etc.)
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues in CNC equipment
Replace or repair defective components, such as servo motors, ball screws, spindles, etc.
Maintain and calibrate CNC machines to ensure machining precision
Work closely with the production and engineering team to ensure machine uptime
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Comply with safety standards and company policies at all times
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance
Familiar with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi CNC control systems
