Job Summary
  • Salary Range: $1,700 – $2,400
  • Bonuses: Up to 3–5 months variable bonus
  • Working Days/Hours: Shift Pattern: 2 Morning, 2 Afternoon, 1 Off Day, 1 Rest Day
    • Morning: 6:30am – 4:15pm
    • Afternoon: 4:00pm – 1:45am
  • Location: East Region

Job Responsibilities

Be part of a structured 3-year or 5-year traineeship programme designed to equip you with in-depth technical knowledge and hands‑on experience in aircraft engine maintenance. Upon completion, deployment will be arranged based on competency and business needs.

As a Trainee Technician, your scope of learning and work will include:

  • Assembling and disassembling aircraft engine parts
  • Troubleshooting and inspecting engine components
  • Carrying out repairs and overhaul of engine systems and components
  • Installing and replacing engine parts
  • Performing scheduled aircraft systems maintenance
  • Learning the technical intricacies of aircraft systems in compliance with aviation safety standards
