Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Factory Technician to maintain and repair machinery, supervise operators, and improve performance. Candidates should have 3-4 years of technical experience, including car maintenance or air conditioning work, with a willingness to adapt to shifts. Training will be provided, and the role includes participation in quality-related processes. This position offers a salary range of $1800 to $2800 plus bonuses and benefits.

- Must be aware of potential PM shift but current shifts are alternate.
- Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain machinery, equipment, and production accessories.
- Train and supervise operators on machinery handling.
- Ensure safety and improve performance of machinery.
- Assist Production Manager as a technical adviser.
- Participate in quality-related issues from a technical perspective.
- Setup and manage new machinery under supervision.
- Provide feedback on new machinery performance.
Skills
- Role: Factory Technician x 1

- 5 Days Work: (Alternate shifts): 7am to 4:30pm or 9am to 6:30pm
- Future might have PM shift (1:30pm to 11:00pm)
- Budget: $1800 - $2800 + Bonus + Medical Benefits
- Location: Genting Lane (Between Mattar & Potong Pasir MRT)
- Must aware of the future Pm shift but currently has no plan when to launch for PM shift.
- Current is alternate shift between 7am to 4:30pm or 9am to 6:30pm
- At least 3-4 years as technician, car maintenance, aircond technician or other related technical mechanic experiences are required for this role. [ Training Provided ]
- To repair, adjust, fabricate and perform maintenance on machineries, equipment and production accessories to their desirable functioning level.
- To train and supervise operators in handling machineries and equipment.
- To be responsible for the safety functioning and improve performance of the machineries and equipment.
- To assist Production Manager and be technical adviser in addressing technical concerns pertaining to the production process.
- To actively participate in Quality-related issues as part of the solution provider from technical / engineering perspectives.
- To setup and manage the new machineries with the supervision from corporation technical.
- To provide accurate and periodic feedback to Corporation Engineering department on the performance of the new machineries.
