Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support start-ups, perform maintenance, and liaise with customers on technical issues. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Process Instrumentation and has at least 1 year of experience in the Oil & Gas or Process industry. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in service or engineering, preferably in the Oil & Gas/Process industry.
• Knowledge in electrical & instrumentation required.
• Experience in process instrumentation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support start-up, commissioning and maintenance activities.
• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance, logging and warranty repairs.
• Service and repair gas detectors and attend emergency/breakdown calls.
• Coordinate orders and job fulfillment with Service team.
• Liaise with customers, supervisors, coordinators on technical issues & delivery status.
• Ensure efficient equipment turnaround and response times.
• Provide clear technical communication to internal & external parties.
• Participate in Workplace Safety & Health activities when required.
