Job summary
A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Operations Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations. You will manage inbound and outbound activities, coordinate with clients, and track performance metrics. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in 3PL warehouse operations, familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, and experience in team leadership. This is an opportunity to enhance operational efficiency within a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in 3PL warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and inventory management is required.
- Experience in leading a team is essential.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including inbound, storage, picking, and outbound operations.
- Coordinate with clients on orders and inventory management.
- Track key KPIs and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the 3PL Logistics sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Operations Executive to be part of their Operations team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the east - easily accessible.
The Logistics Operations Executive's responsible is:
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including inbound, storage, picking, and outbound operations.
- Coordinate with clients on orders, inventory management, and service requirements.
- Track key KPIs such as delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment rates.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support WMS/TMS implementation, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Work with transport partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost control.
- Supervise and support junior or contract staff when needed.
- Min 2 years of 3PL warehouse operations experience
- Familiar with WMS and inventory management
- Experience in leading a team
