Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods against delivery orders.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform stock counts.
• Pick and pack items according to shipping requirements.
• Prepare goods for delivery and ensure shipping documents are complete.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.
• Assist in stock audits and ad-hoc tasks.

Job description

Responsibilities :

1. Receiving & Inspection

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantity and condition against delivery orders
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately

2. Storage & Inventory Management

• Arrange and store items in designated locations
• Maintain accurate stock records in the system
• Perform daily stock counts and reconciliation
• Update on daily discrepancies

3. Picking & Packing

• Pick items according to picking lists or sales orders
• Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and packaging
• Pack goods securely according to shipping requirements

4. Dispatch & Shipping

• Prepare goods for delivery or collection
• Coordinate with logistics providers and drivers
• Ensure all shipping documents are complete and accurate

5. Housekeeping & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Follow safety guidelines and SOPs at all times
• Report any safety hazards or damages immediately

6. Support & Coordination

• Assist in stock audits and stock take exercises
• Support ad‑hoc warehouse tasks as required (IT show)

Requirements :

Minimum N‑Level required

At least 1 year of warehouse work experience

WMS knowledge

Some heavy lifting/manual labour required

Ability to carry loads of up to 30kg

Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred

5 days work week, Air‑con work environment
