Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to manage medical report requests. Responsibilities include processing requests, handling public inquiries, and assisting patients with applications. Candidates should have a diploma, at least one year of service industry experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires good problem-solving and communication skills. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, with a structured schedule.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of working experience in the service industry preferred.
  • Prior experience in frontline service is an advantage.
  • Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office.

  • Ensure timely processing of medical reports and related requests.
  • Responsible and accountable for all monetary transactions.

  • Attend to public enquiries through email and phone.
  • Assist walk-in patients with their medical report applications.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely processing of medical reports and related requests in accordance with set guidelines and procedures
  • Responsible and accountable for all monetary transactions pertaining to the processing of these requests
  • Monitor and track completion of the required reports and liaise with clinical departments and patients / customers to facilitate the completion of the requests
  • Attend to public enquiries through email and phone. Reply to emails and follow through on online services within the stipulated timeframe
  • Attend to walk-in patients’ enquiries and assist with their medical report applications. Assist with logistics such as mail dispatch and collection and update records status in the relevant system accordingly
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
  • Diploma in any field
  • Minimum of one year of working experience in the service industry preferred
  • Prior experience in frontline service is an advantage
  • Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
Working Schedule (Office hours)
  • Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 6pm
  • Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
