We are seeking a highly organised and trusted Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct support to the Managing Director, including diary, calendar, and administrative management
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless logistics
  • Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, presentations, reports, and documents with accuracy and timeliness
  • Organise team meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation
  • Assist in organising and supporting internal and offsite events, including minute-taking and action tracking
  • Handle confidential matters and ad-hoc personal assignments with professionalism and discretion
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Secretary
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office and productivity tools
  • High level of integrity with proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
