Résumé du poste
A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an HR & Admin Assistant to manage fingerprint registration, attendance records, and staff leave applications. The ideal candidate should hold at least GCE N levels or equivalent and have a minimum of 1-year experience in a related field. This role offers a salary range of $2,400 - $3,300 based on qualifications and experience. Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV via WhatsApp.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE N levels or office skills certificate required.
- At least 1-year experience, preferably in a related field.
Responsabilités
- Take charge of fingerprint registration for all employees.
- Monitor and maintain staff attendance records in Easytime.
- Administer staff leave applications.
- Prepare Letters of Guarantee (LOGs) and follow up on medical claims.
- Maintain and update foreign workers’ records.
