Job Description:
1. Warehouse Operations:
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Ensure proper documentation of material movement (DO, GRN, stock reports, etc.).
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and project teams to support operational needs.
2. Workplace Safety (WSH):
  • Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and basic safety training for workers.
  • Assist in risk assessments, incident reporting, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Monitor proper usage of PPE and enforce safety rules in warehouse and work areas.
  • Support safety inspections, audits, and emergency preparedness activities.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree.
  • Minimum 2 year work experience is required, preferably in construction industry.
  • Independent and a team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good in communication and Interpersonal skill and able to work in fast paced environment.
