Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance applications using Salesforce (Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, Apex triggers).
• Build new features, automation flows, and workflows based on business requirements.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solutioning, and design discussions with business users.
• Maintain and support existing Salesforce modules, addressing issues and enhancements.
• Develop and update technical documentation, solution designs, and user guides.
• Ensure applications meet security, performance, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support end‑to‑end development and deployment.
• Work on system integrations with APIs and external systems when required.
• Support UAT activities, defect tracking, and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce development or low‑code platforms.
• Minimum 2 years of software engineering experience with modern tech stacks; no Salesforce experience required, but must have a strong interest and willingness to learn with the intention of growing into a Salesforce Developer.
• Related certifications will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of CRM concepts, data modelling, and security basics.
• Experience integrating applications via REST APIs or web services.
