Junior Real Estate Conveyancing Lawyer
Job summary
A legal advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Junior Conveyancing Lawyer to prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions. The role involves providing client advice, engaging in negotiations, and liaising with various stakeholders. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and up to 3 years of relevant experience in conveyancing or related legal work. The position offers a starting salary of $5,500 and a working schedule from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, five days a week.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in conveyancing or related legal work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.
- Provide advice to clients on buying or selling property aspects.
- Engage in negotiations for the Option to Purchase (OTP).
- Liaise with parties involved in the transaction.
