Samdo Consulting was established in 2023 in Singapore as part of Samdo Accounting, which was founded in 2015 in Korea. More than 350 professionals currently work at Samdo Accounting in Korea. Our Singapore office is the second global branch of Samdo Accounting, following our Vietnam entity, which was incorporated in 2020 and employs over 120 staff.

We are looking for a candidate to join our Corporate Secretary Services division.

Responsibility
  • Assist in preparing standard corporate resolutions and ACRA-related documentation, and support ACRA filings as needed.
  • Help maintain statutory registers and other relevant forms in line with ACRA and Companies Act requirements.
  • Communicate with clients and assist in managing relationships with clients and other service providers, including auditors and tax agents.
  • Coordinate with third parties such as auditors, lawyers, and notaries as needed to support client transactions.
  • Provide basic guidance to team members and clients on corporate secretarial/governance matters.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Entry level or any work experiences in corporate secretarial area
  • Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or Law
  • Pursuing the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification or a member of ISCA would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills in English (speaking Korean will be considered as an asset)
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently and meticulously under pressure
