Overview

We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Legal Consultant to join our growing team! This role requires someone who lives and breathes physical infrastructure, particularly data centres and telecoms, and is comfortable working very closely with the business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on large office/industrial leases for conversion into data centres, including full fit-out (cages, racks, servers) and sole-tenant / powered data centre arrangements.
  • Draft and negotiate colocation agreements, MSAs, SLAs, and contracts for edge network and telecoms infrastructure.
  • Embed requirements around power availability, cooling, redundancy and resilience in all key contracts.
  • Advise on IT and physical security, incident response and relevant regulatory / telecoms issues (with a focus on Asia-Pacific).
  • Work closely with technical, real estate and operations teams to deliver commercial, practical solutions.
Qualifaions
  • Strong data centre and/or telecoms infrastructure experience from a major operator / telecoms / tech business.
  • Proven track record in data centre leasing, powered shell, build to suit, and colocation deals.
  • Comfortable working at pace, with minimal supervision, and hitting the ground running.
  • Passionate about infrastructure, happy with early mornings and cross time zone work, especially in Asia.
