The ideal candidate will have qualifications in English and/or Singapore law with experience in charterparty disputes. This role will involve advising on disputes related to laytime and demurrage, handling claims, and monitoring regulatory developments. Excellent drafting skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential for the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Qualified legal professional with 2–4 years PQE in maritime law.
• Strong experience in handling charterparty disputes.
• Experience in managing P&I Club claims is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise on charterparty disputes related to laytime and demurrage.
• Manage claims and arbitration proceedings independently.
