Location: Paya Lebar MRT (Nearest)
Working Hours: Mon–Thurs: 8.30am–6.00pm | Fri: 8.30am–5.30pm
Contract Duration: 8 months
Salary: $2800 to $3,500 per month
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Polytechnic Diploma

• Review and draft documents for trademark disputes
• Assist the team in IP dispute resolution procedures
• Coordinate international trips, including research on flights, hotels, and restaurant bookings
• Organize RSVP systems and manage administrative tasks for overseas events
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Self-driven, motivated, and meticulous
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of IP, particularly trademark dispute processes, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline
