What You’ll Do
Lead projects from concept to handover — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Drive interior design and A&A works, making sure every detail aligns with client expectations.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to bring ideas to life.
Review and coordinate design drawings, including M&E aspects, for accuracy and practicality.
Manage budgets, resources, and schedules while keeping everything on track.
Champion site safety, quality checks, and progress monitoring.
Inspire and guide your team with positivity, problem-solving, and a can-do attitude.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Interior Design, or related fields.
- Strong track record in interior design and A&A project management.
- M&E coordination experience is a plus.
- Great communicator, highly organized, and strong in leadership.
- 5+ years’ experience (Project Manager) or 8–10 years’ experience (Senior PM).
- Most importantly: a positive mindset, team spirit, and passion for delivering excellence.
