Job summary

A leading design firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead HR functions and drive transformation. You will develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives, oversee compliance with Singapore’s employment regulations, and implement employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in strategic HR planning and leadership. This role offers an opportunity to shape the organization's people strategy.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of professional HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws, HR policies, and Fair Consideration Framework (FCF).
  • Proven track record in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
  • Lead performance management processes and talent development frameworks.
  • Drive organization-wide digital HR transformation and process improvement.
