Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic HR Director to lead our Human Resources division and support the organization’s long-term people strategy.
The HR Director will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including workforce planning, talent management, performance frameworks, employee engagement, and compliance with Singapore’s employment regulations.
This role requires strong leadership, advanced digital knowledge, and the ability to drive transformation within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and HR operations
- Lead performance management processes and talent development frameworks
- Ensure compliance with Singapore manpower laws and regulatory requirements
- Drive organization-wide digital HR transformation and process improvement
- Implement employee engagement programs and culture-building initiatives
- Manage succession planning and leadership development programs
- Analyse HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for decision-making
- Resolve employee relations matters professionally and maintain confidentiality
- Partner with senior management to support organizational change and workforce planning
- Oversee HR budgeting, headcount plans, and manpower reporting
Requirements
- MBA from a Malaysian university, majoring in Digital Business, with outstanding academic achievement (CGPA 3.75 or above)
- 4–5 years of professional HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership or management role
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws, HR policies, and Fair Consideration Framework (FCF)
- Proven track record in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development
- Knowledge of digital HR tools, HR analytics, and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage complex employee issues and maintain high confidentiality
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Experience in Malaysian University level is an advantage
