Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing technical and elevation drawings
• Managing project schedules.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site work activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain close communication with clients and designers, ensuring proper documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and the production team to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular reports to clients.
• Inspect materials and products delivered to the site for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare the site for handover, ensuring all requirements are met for client sign-off.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Certificate/ Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, M&E, Building Construction
• Candidates with minimum 2 year experience in site/ project management preferred
• Ability to understand architectural finishes and installation methods preferred
• Meticulous with good working knowledge of carpentry and construction details
• Experienced in project management and scheduling preferred
• Highly dedicated, responsible and willing to grow with the company
