Reports To: Director

Job Summary:
Lead and oversee all operations of Kosy Living to ensure sustainable business growth, operational excellence, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and optimize resources to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with Kosy Living’s vision and objectives.
• Lead daily operations, including sales, marketing, finance, procurement, and project management.
• Manage and mentor department heads to foster a high-performance culture.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and spearhead new business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Report regularly to the Executive Director and Board on company performance and strategic issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of senior management experience, preferably in retail, interior design, or home renovation sectors.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with Singapore business regulations and market dynamics is a plus.
