Job summary

A leading BIM consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to develop and maintain standards, manage models, and lead training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience, and proficiency in tools such as Revit and AutoCAD. Familiarity with local BIM standards is essential, and experience in theme park or museum projects is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of BIM management experience in architectural or interior projects.
  • Experience in theme park or museum projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans.
  • Manage and coordinate BIM models across all disciplines up to LOD 500.
  • Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality assurance checks.
  • Lead BIM training sessions and provide technical support to project teams.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables meet requirements.
  • Provide on-site coordination and implementation support where necessary.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong detailing and documentation skills, with proficiency up to LOD 500.
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.
  • Experience in theme park or museum projects will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Singapore BIM standards.
