We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Private Wealth Marketing to spearhead the go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and client engagement for moomoo Private Wealth. This role requires a strong blend of financial services expertise, high-net-worth(HNW) client understanding, and creative marketing leadership.

The ideal candidate will design and execute inegrete mreketing strategies, driving lead generation, elevating client experience, and strengthening moomoo's ecosystem. Ultimately, this leader will help establish moomoo as a trusted partner for high-net-worth (HNW) clients.

• Strategic Marketing: Define and execute the end-to-end Private Wealth marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with Moomoo's overall multi-asset, digital first strategy. Develop thought leadership content, campaigns, and naratives that reinforce Moomoo's unique positioning in wealthmangement sapce.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team across partnerships, events, growth, and digital marketing, ensuring consistent premium positioning across all client touchpoints.
• Performance Management: Set and deliver quarterly OKRs (lead generation, AUM contribution, event ROI, brand perception uplift), while tracking and optimizing KPIs such as acquisition, conversion, cost efficiency, and brand consistency.
• Ecosystem Development: Promote the Private Wealth ecosystem by integrating institutional services and trust solutions into client marketing, reinforcing moomoo's positioning as a holistic wealth partner.
• Content & Communication: Oversee development of premium content: macro insights, investment themse, case studies. Mange multi-channel distribution (events, digital platform, PR and private communities).
• Partnerships & Ecosystem: Build marketing collaboartions with banks, asset managers, lifestyle brands and cultural institutions to broaden HNW reach. Explore sponsorships, awards, and co-branded opportunities to elevate brand prestige.

• 10-15 years of marketing experience in private banking, wealth management or Fintech
• Proven track record in lead generation, AUM growth and premium brand building
• Excellent stakeholder management skills: ability to partner with products, sales, PR and external partners.
• Strong storytelling ability with sensitivity to cross-cultural communication.
• Entrepreneurial, creative, and comfortable building new initiatives from scratch
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; EMBA/MBA a plus.
• English speaking and Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
