This non-clinical role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative and operational support within our healthcare services, bridging the gap between patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing timely support via email, chat, or phone.
Coordinate healthcare appointments, referrals, and follow-ups while maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure patient needs are met efficiently.
Manage and update patient databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Track service requests and elevate issues to appropriate departments as needed.
Prepare reports, documentation, and summaries to support operational decision-making.
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with remote communication tools.
Knowledge of healthcare processes, terminology, and non-clinical operations is a plus.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in healthcare administration, patient support, or related non-clinical roles.
Experience in remote work or virtual coordination preferred.
Prior exposure to healthcare management systems, EMRs, or CRM platforms is advantageous.
Full-time, remote position with flexibility to accommodate Singapore time zone operations.
